Hotel Policies:

Hotel check in time is 3:00 PM check out time is 12:00 PM.
Hotel room rates are subject to an additional person per room charge for each additional person in a room.

Cancellation Policy:

If a guest does not cancel a reservation within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest's check-in date, then Hotel may charge the credit card one night's room rate, plus applicable fees, taxes and assessments.

Early Departure Fee:

All sleeping rooms shall be subject to an Early Departure Charge equal to one night's room rate, plus applicable fees, taxes and assessments. Early departure fee will only be charged to sleeping rooms if a guest departs earlier than the contracted departure date.

Guaranteed Reservations:

All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

SPS Minneapolis attendees will receive a reduced rate of $30 for up to one vehicle per room night.
