Check-in / Check-out Times:

Check-in from 4:00PM to 12:00AM/midnight.
If you’re checking in after midnight, please advise hotel.

Check-out is before noon.
Express check in and check out is available through the World of Hyatt app.
A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older.
Guests key cards are required to enter the hotel from 10:00PM to 8:00AM.

Payment & Incidentals:

Grand Hyatt Seattle is a cash-free environment and is no longer exchanging or accepting cash as a payment.
All major credit cards are accepted.
There is a $75 per night authorization for incidental charges. Any unused authorization is fully released within 7–10 business days after checkout, based on your banking institution.

Guest Rooms & Suites:

To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests, the Hotel strongly enforces the following policies.
Per state regulations, no more than five people can be in a guest room.
Quiet hours are from 9:00PM – 6:00AM. Disruption may result in eviction of all unregistered guests from the room and eviction of registered guests if noise persists.
The Hotel is a smoke- and drug-free facility. Should they find any evidence of this, there will be a minimum of $250 charged to the guest room.
Excessive cleaning needs that result in a delay for the next guests’ enjoyment, will result in a minimum of $250 charged to the guest room. Guests are responsible for any damages in guest rooms and suites.

Relocation Policy:

In the event Hotel does not provide a guest room to an Event attendee with a confirmed reservation and the Event attendee is in need of the guest room, Hotel shall use commercially reasonable efforts to: (i) relocate the displaced Event attendee to the closest comparable hotel (the “Alternate Hotel”) for the nights Hotel is not able to provide the Event attendee a guest room; and (ii) provide transportation to and from such Alternative Hotel for each night Hotel is not able to provide the Event attendee a guest room, all in accordance with Hotel’s relocation policy.
